Love has a different language than fear. Sonship has a different language than orphanhood. When love comes inside you the language of judgement becomes silent and the language of love gains a voice. Sonship equips you with a new speech, a speech that speaks forth life and love; a new positive language. You should not be afraid if you have nothing to say for a while.
Zachariah, the father of John the Baptist, experienced this transition of speech. (Luke 1:5-16; 57-66).
He was struck dumb for a period until the transition from unbelief to prophetic alignment took place. His final words before the angel touched him was to give a judgement of negativity, “How shall I know this? For I am an old man and my wife is advanced in years.”
When he became aligned with the reality of heaven his tongue was loosed. He quelled the clamour of debate about the name of the child by writing on a tablet, “His name is John.” (Luke 1:60) In that time of dumbness, he heard the words of life in heaven. He saw the prophetic reality and immediately his tongue was loosed. He went from a questioning unbelief to blessing God.
If you have a language of fear and judgement you will be “struck dumb” until you perceive a different reality. Then you will get your speech back.
