(Fatherheart Ministries Asia Team Retreat in the Cameron Highlands, Malaysia)
I have just returned from spending time in Penang, Malaysia. I went there to speak along with my friends Richard Jones and Dass Supperamaniam at the ‘Growing in Sonship’ School (Fatherheart Ministries). Before that, I spoke at a team retreat. This contemplative retreat was held in the Cameron Highlands, lush hill country dotted with tea plantations about a 5 hour drive from Penang.
For me, the Retreat was a particularly fruitful time. Everything was based around the revelation contained in the Gospel of John. In the past 6 months I have been putting pen to paper writing revelatory meditations on John. I hope to publish these in either one or two volumes later this year or early 2017. I have largely completed my work on this, however it still needs to be proofread, edited, set out and cover-designed.
My intention is to use this blog to give some tasters of the book. So, watch this space!
